How many children can be face painted within an hour?

The artist typically averages 10 quality full-faces per hour. However, half faces and cheek art can increase the average from 10 to 20 faces in an hour. The artist will recommend hours needed based on the client’s estimated number of people getting face painted. 

Upon request, the artist can design face paintings that complement the theme of the event.

What are the rates?​

• The service rate is $100 an hour

• 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the artist for your event date

• If the face painter is required to travel more than 35 minutes, an additional fee will be applied

 

The hourly rate takes into account

• Business overhead

• The cost of the face painting materials (hyperallergic FDA approved paint, brushes, sponges, etc.)

• The time it takes for event preparations (practice, research, and/or designs)

• The time it takes to clean products after production

• The cost of transportation

• The cost for the actual time of the artist spends at the event

Please note: It is the client’s responsibility to provide a decent sized table with one chair. If the client does not provide these items, the artist will charge an additional $10.00 to bring the items.
